Office visits are scheduled Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that we may give that time to another patient.

Refills may be requested by phone at (828) 322-7546. A refill order will be called in to your pharmacy by the next business day.

Someone will call you to report lab and test results.
If you have not received your results within one week, please contact us.

Absolutely. Our excellent staff will receive your phone call. The nature of your problem or need will be recorded and handled as efficiently as possible. A nurse will call you by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the call. If necessary, one of the nurses will return your call during the day after consulting with your doctor. In many cases, an appointment will be needed. Please provide any contact numbers that we can use to reach you during the day.

• Payment or co-payments are expected at the time services are rendered.
• We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
• We will accept your co-payment and file all insurance claims within our network.
• If your insurance carrier is not in our network, you will need to make full payment at time of service, and we will provide you with claim forms for you to file with your insurance company.
